O&S Building Services is a family run business based in Polegate, just outside Eastbourne, with a workshop at Downash near Hailsham. Between the team there is more than three decades of experience on the tools, and we work for homeowners and for businesses across East Sussex.
Most of what we do adds living space. Property extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions, and full renovations and refurbishments where a place has been left to go backwards. Because we have qualified electricians in the same firm, the wiring, the lighting and the renewables are handled by our own people rather than passed along to somebody else.
